Zumba classes for African women are run in partnership with the Centre for Culture, Ethnicity and Health. The aim of the class is to help women from African backgrounds to get breathing space and exercise in a fun and enjoyable environment with the help of an instructor. The program is for women from Richmond and Collingwood. After the Zumba class women have some social time over morning tea.
